Payment Information

Our payment policies can be reviewed under our Terms and Conditions. Please review the Terms and Conditions document in conjunction with the following information.


Payment Options

The payment process has three options:

  • Pay in Full

  • Pay Deposit with No Payment Plan

  • Pay Deposit with a Payment Plan

Note 1: When you register for your Project Passport retreat for the first time, please select the retreat name alone. DO NOT select “[Retreat Name]-Existing Reservation.” You can choose to do either of the three above options when choosing your trip.

Note 2: It is suggested you make an account with Project Passport to keep up with payments. You can make one at your first checkout. You will receive periodic email updates on your trip payment status via email.


Paying your Deposit

Every trip requires a 20% deposit (unless otherwise indicated). Deposits are due immediately upon booking. Deposits are refundable up to 3 days from trip purchase. Please review Terms and Conditions for further information based on time of booking.

How to pay your deposit:

  1. Find your retreat on “Upcoming Retreats”

  2. Select “Reserve a Spot”

  3. Select the Room and Payment Type (i.e. Single Room (Deposit Only))

  4. Answer Traveler Information questions (be sure to pay attention to opting in or out of payment plan)

  5. Proceed to Check Out


Paying in Full

This is the easiest option!

How to pay in full:

  1. Find your trip on “Upcoming Retreats”

  2. Select “Reserve a Spot”

  3. Select the Room and Payment Type (i.e. Single Room (Pay in full))

  4. Answer Traveler Information questions (be sure to pay attention to opting in or out of payment plan)

  5. Proceed to Check Out


With Payment Plan

If you opt into the payment plan, your first payment (Payment 1) is due by 150 days prior to travel. Late payments have a 10 day grace period however after this period, your retreat will be cancelled with no deposit refunds to be issued. Your second payment (Payment 2) is required prior to 120 days until travel. There is no grace period and your retreat will be cancelled with no deposit refund for failure to pay. You can always contact Project Passport with balance questions.

How to use the payment plan feature (after paying your standard deposit previously):

  1. Go to the “Retreat Info” dropdown

  2. Select “Make a Payment”

  3. Select your trip

  4. Select the Room and Payment Type (i.e. Single Room (Payment Plan))

  5. Answer the question to confirm your payment type

  6. Proceed to Check Out

  7. Repeat for Payment 2


Without Payment Plan

If you do not select a payment plan, the remaining balance of the retreat is due prior to 120 days until travel.

How to use the pay remaining balance feature (after paying your standard deposit previously):

  1. Go to the “Retreat Info” dropdown

  2. Select “Make a Payment”

  3. Select your trip

  4. Select the Room and Payment Type (i.e. Single Room (Full remaining amount))

  5. Answer the question to confirm your payment type

  6. Proceed to Check Out
